Falk Culinair

Falk Culinair

Belgium Belgium

Falk Culinair is a Belgian family firm from Wespelaar, near Leuven, and the quiet giant of the copper cookware world. The company invented the process of bonding a thin stainless steel lining to thick copper, and its bimetal material ends up in many rival premium brands' pans.
Its own cookware pairs 2.3 mm copper with a brushed matte finish that hides scratches and needs no polishing obsession. Copper conducts heat better than anything else in the kitchen, and Falk sells it factory-direct, which keeps prices below the famous French names.
