Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 May 2026

This privacy policy explains what data Euronomy collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights under GDPR.

Euronomy is operated by Flowcourier ApS, a company registered in Denmark.

What we collect

When you browse Euronomy without an account, we collect minimal technical data needed to serve pages and detect abuse. This includes your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use this for site analytics and to keep the site running.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. Newsletter delivery is handled by Brevo, a French company with servers in the EU.

When you create a member account, we collect your email address and any profile details you provide. When you submit a brand or product via the "Add a product" form, we collect the submission content and the email tied to your account.

When you contact us by email, we keep your message and email address for as long as we need to respond.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Necessary cookies remember your session and language preference. Analytics cookies, if you accept them, help us understand which pages are useful. You can refuse non-essential cookies via the cookie banner.

Who we share with

We do not sell your data. We share what is needed with service providers who run parts of the site: our hosting provider, Brevo for the newsletter, and the analytics provider if you opted in. These providers process data under written agreements and EU data protection law.

How long we keep it

Server logs: up to 90 days. Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe. Member accounts: until you delete the account. Contact emails: as long as needed to handle the matter.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, port it to another service, restrict its processing, or object to it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Denmark this is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
