Neuhaus is a Belgian luxury chocolatier that invented the original filled Belgian praline in 1912, along with the ballotin gift box. Its pralines, truffles and gift collections are still made near Brussels, and the brand holds a Belgian Royal Warrant.
Neuhaus uses certified sustainable cocoa, though it publishes relatively little detail on sourcing. With a few hundred staff, Neuhaus sits firmly at the gift and luxury end of Belgian chocolate.
