People Can Fly is a Warsaw studio founded in 2002 and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2020. People Can Fly has a strong shooter pedigree, from Painkiller and Bulletstorm to co-development on Gears of War: Judgment and its own game Outriders, with several internal teams across Poland and the US.

People Can Fly has had a difficult couple of years, cancelling Project Dagger in 2024 and suspending two more projects in 2025 amid layoffs and disputes with publishers. People Can Fly is now contributing to Gears of War: E-Day alongside The Coalition, so the underlying craft remains even as the studio has scaled back.
