Voi is a Stockholm-founded operator of shared e-scooters and e-bikes, running in around 100 European cities across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Voi Technology is Europe's home-grown answer to the American scooter apps, and it has deliberately stayed European rather than expanding into the US.
Much of its edge comes from working closely with city regulators and plugging into public-transport systems, which has helped it win and keep permits where others have struggled. Rides typically start at about 1 euro to unlock plus 20 cents a minute, and a Voi Pass subscription brings the cost down for regular users.
