Panel-van versions of the eSprinter are built in Düsseldorf, with chassis cabs from Ludwigsfelde — both German plants retooled for electric production. The top 113 kWh battery uses cobalt- and nickel-free LFP chemistry for up to ~400 km WLTP, and around 500 km on the WLTP city cycle.
It is the premium pick for businesses that want German build quality, long range and a dealer on every corner. Costs more than the Chinese competition, but the residuals, service and image are in a different league.
