Pierre Marcolini is a high-end Belgian bean-to-bar chocolatier founded in Brussels in 1995 by the World Pastry Champion of the same name. The house roasts its own cocoa beans and is known for single-origin pralines, ganaches, macarons and luxury gift boxes.

Because Pierre Marcolini sources and roasts directly from single-origin farms, it has unusually high traceability for a luxury brand. The house remains independent and boutique in scale, with around 200 staff.
